The architecture blends traditional materials and modern elements to create its own unique Tegernsee style. In total, nine modern villas are being built, each containing three to seven units. Together with the service building, they form a prestigious, high-quality ensemble which fits in harmoniously with the surroundings.

The flats leave absolutely nothing to be desired – top-class construction quality and beautiful appointments are a matter of course. During the planning phase, great emphasis was placed on creating a modern and comfortable atmosphere with an authentically country-style charm. The flats are mostly wheelchair-accessible and on one level, and can be reached easily by lift from their own underground car park. The units have a modern and open-area layout and details can be designed to suit individual requirements, e.g. with separate areas for visitors or staff, or with open-area or closed kitchens.
